dynasty problem like everyone else

oh, how are you all, ok here. my sister has a 88 dynasty with a 3.0 in it and it acted up on her. i beleive it's not getting fuel but i can't find the relay for the fuel pump and the fuse in the glove box is ok. last i remember it also has good spark. one night after work i thought i waould try something..i removed the intake tube and dump some fuel into the throttle body and bingo it started up and stayed running for an hour and a half shut it off and you have to do it all back over again so that tells me a relay? am i correct? and could you tell me the location of it.
