2000 Grand Cherokee 4.0 Hesitation, stutter

My jeep after warm up, will begin to hesistate, buck, lose power. Sometimes it returns to normal, othertimes i just need to pull over it off and start up again, and repeat. Today I noticed that if i put it in Park the engine returns to running normal. It is getting worse, and appears to be more significant on wet days.

I get these Codes: P0132, P0138

Any ideas?

They appear to be Oxy Sensor codes.

If I got those two codes and had the symptoms you listed it would certainly be the first place I'd be looking.
