2000 2.2 HID Lights screwed up..? Funny

I replaced the 2k lights with new "bright" (not blue) bulbs and the beams are all over the place...it's like a light show going down the block....beams going out everywhere ..?...up down - off to the North east & right & left - ...not centered...any idea's

sounds like the bulbs arent put into the sockets properly or theyve melted the housing. cav is right, they arent HID lights, theyre just higher power bulbs. they put out a lot of heat too.
