Transmission Jumping When Changing Gears??

I have a 2002 Cavalier 2.2L Auto. I just put my Weapon R Air Intake back in( I had it inbefore but took it out for a few months) After driving 5 min I was sittin at a red light. I noticed my Traction Control Light went on. So as I drove off I noticed that when the car changed gears the transmission would jump real bad... So 5 min later I went to store then got back in car and now engine light is on(getting more air then usual so needs to adjust i guess) And when i shift from park to drive the transmission jumps real bad... Could this just be due to the fact that the timing might be off since it has new air intake.. First time I put air intake in I had no problems but the engine light which only styed on for 3 days... Anyone have any ideas of what could be wrong? Thanks
