My Next Projects

When I woke up this morning I had a nice surprise waiting on the doorstep. I ordered these about two weeks ago, well done to the people at MSM Creation for the 360 Challenge Stradale transkit and Detail and Design in Scale for supplying me with it, evrything fits perfect, they have just remoulded the Tamiya parts, which should make construction fairly simple.
Here's some pics

Heres some close ups of the Transkit.

The Mustang's detail is great. Not like my present project the F150 lightning, which has a fair few flaws in it. It even comes with metal pins for the wheels so that they don't snap, like my last models, and real metal exhaust pipe ends, so no more trying to make them up out of piping, giving up and going back to the originals.

The Body is great, the plastic is strong but not too thick, and the bonnet fits perfectly. I will take about a millimeter off of it, so that after paint it still fits this well.

The wheels and the decals are great.

I can't wait to start these.

What colour do you think for the mustang? Red, Yellow, White or Black?

Re: My Next Projects

That C6 looks nice, I've been wanting to get that kit for a while now.
Have you taken a look inside the box yet? Any first impressions?

I'd love to see a progress report when you get around to it.

Thumbs up Re: My Next Projects

I've ahd a look at the corvette, and the body is very nice and clean. The engine and the chrome work r very good, bu the tyres have no patterns. Other than that it looks great, comes with metal echaust pipes as well. Will take some photos and post them over the next few days.
