1995 Toyota Supra ( AMT kit)

Hello,

I'll introduce myself first:
I'm Denman from the Netherlands, I'm 34 years old and i'm building modelcars, bikes and trucks since i was about 10.
I found this forum thanx to Iceracer1.

Now on to the Supra.
When i bought it the front-and rear bumper were already glued but needed some putty and sanding.
It's sprayed in lila-purple metallic now.
As soon as i found out how-to upload pictures i will add some ( i'll ask Iceracer )

Re: 1995 Toyota Supra ( AMT kit)

Here some pics of the spray-stand.

Is made of a metalplate 150x150x6mm with a squarepipe 160x50x50mm, top with a screw(M6) welded in. A little ring on top.
topplate is a metalplate 150x60x6mm with a bend rod welded on. secured by a little ring and a securing nut.
It's home(at work)build and fits almost every 1:24car.

I'll open a new thread with some former models.

Re: 1995 Toyota Supra ( AMT kit)

A little update on the supra.
I'm busy with the floorpanel which is sprayed in bodycolor and will be detailed by painting.

Here a pic with a dry-fit rearaxle.
The fueltank has to be painted black or alu, i don't know yet.

Re: 1995 Toyota Supra ( suspension finished)

Hello.

Did some small things to the supra.
I finished the suspension parts and i'm busy by making the wheels( fujimi motorised kitwheels) fit well.

The wheels have to be painted inside and sprayed alclad chrome outside again, because i found some blank spots

Next thing to do is the engine ( first lookin' for good tuning pic's ).

Re: 1995 Toyota Supra ( AMT kit)

Here is a little update.
I did some work on the engine and now some parts are waiting to be sprayed chrome again ( they where undone of flash).

This is how the engine looks today.( the belt has to be detailpainted at some spots).

The wheels i had in mind didn't fit to what i like.
So i did a little search and found two sets of wheel which i like better.

The pegasus Ninja

The pegasus Lightning 23

I don't know which one it will be jet. I guess i order both ( when my boss sponsored me whit my salary).
