Audio System & Bumper Guard

Hello to everyone.

I've got a 2001 Diamante LS that has a rough couple of months.

I'm need to replace the front door speakers and I'm having a difficult time finding the specs for the Infinity P619 stereo system (such as what the rated power is). I'm pretty sure the door speakers are 6.5", but not sure what type speakers are in there (IE single cone compnent, 3-way, etc.).

Does anyone know the specs to the audio system?

Has anyone replaced the door speakers? If so, is the door disassembly/reassembly difficult with this car?

Has anyone replaced these speakers with speakers other than replacement Infinity stock speakers? How does it sound?

Also, I'm looking for a bumper guard replacement if anyone knows where one mught be available for purchase. It the two piece plastic parts that cover the bumper and the the lower grille.

you can get some pioneer speakers that can replace the stock ones that will sound very nice, had some when i had my 92. and the door assembly is very simple you shouldnt have to sweat it. Are you replacing the whole sterio system or just the speakers?

i'd also like to know the same thing with the speaker deal i got a 1997 diamante...need to replace the front 2...and also mine came with a cd changer, but the person i got it from lost the cartraige...does anyone know where i can get a replacment and how much it would cost

I don't have an advice for stereo system, but about your bumper guards - try www.autopartsway.com. I bought from them few times, they are good - fast and reliable.
