Angry any one build the fujimi evolution III?

Hi guys I just opened up my evo III kit and I'm very dissapointed. Does anyone have this kit? The body is totally wrong! It's obvious that they just modified the mold from the evo V kit (which is a totally different body style) so they can use the same parts such as the suspension, interior and windows. The evolution 1-3 series are a lot smaller than the evo 5-6 body style. So just a tip guys, if you want an accurate evo III, go for the hasegawa kit, I have the evo 1 and they got the perfect shape of it. The only thing good about the evo III kit is that it came with the evo V original OZ rims and a set of 18 inch Volk Racing TE-37s!!!! since I'm too lazy to order from HLJ, I just made resin copies of the TE-37s and I'm going to put it on my evo 7, looks great!

i know, the hasegawa is more accurate. what do you mean? you made your own rims? how? q'll! jus drop the body of the evo3, DuB style.

well, don't want the C-west, just want the RE(love those big aero panels). cuz there are some after market parts for kits and i was jus wondering if they had made one. guess not so i might jus settle for the RE rims :hehe:

nice job laubak, actually I've been to your site before I found this forum. Your paintjobs are always excellent

yup I would like to throw away the fujimi evo 3 also but then I still can't find the hasegawa one so I have to stick with this one.
