will this fit?

I have a 96 chevy blazer 4.3 4wd and the engine is blown. i know a guy who wrecked his 03 silverado and wantsto sell me the engine. its a 4.8, will the transmission from my blazer bolt up to that engine or is the bellhousing different? thanks

Not shure on that one. But I know that if it does bolt up your going to need to do some rewiring and the ECM and wiring harness that goes with the new motor as well. I am really leaning towards saying that it will not work, but I could be wrong. I know a good place to ask would be the following site.
