should i buy it??
looking at a new gsr it's a 1994 blk with 360,000 km etested non safety from a dealer leather int for $ 3000 is it worth it? i plan to rip the motor out in the summer replace it with a used jdm b18c gsr motor open to any suggestions?

Yeah mine need to be replaced. About $250 for new ones(axles) including a breaker bar to get them out.
On a car like that you should expect to spend at least $1,000 right off the bat just fixing it up and replacing stuff. Alternator, belts, axles, battery, oil/water pump, plugs, wires, distributor, fuel pump/filter, brakes, clutch(if it has one) etc..
