Speaker Size & Recommendations?

My little sister has a '96 avalon with blown speakers in the doors and rear. What size are the speakers in the car and which ones do y'all recommend? In addition, I know that some speakers are the correct width but are too deep, so does anyone know the max depth? Thanks.

The door speakers are 4". The rear sub-woofer if equipped is 8". Please let me know if you need more info.
