Question 2001 tahoe steering problem

Hello i have a 2001 Tahoe with a steering problem..when i turn to the left steering feels fine when turnign right at low sppeds feels like steering binds or has no assist. at times.. I have replaced evo sensor, pump disconnected evo solenoid on pump yet problem is still there

Interesting, same problem just surfaced on my '98 a week or two ago, exactly the same actually--easy to the left, hard to the right at slow speeds--like the power steering isn't kicking in correctly. I just assumed it was EVO since I've had problems with that before, but I guess your case shows otherwise. Shoot a post if you figure anything else out and I'll do the same.

What's the correct name for the EVO? What's the part number? Does anyone other than the dealer carry it?
