94 Caprice classic shifting from park to drive
On really cold mornings car does not want to shift. Press on brakes hard as I can, still no shift. Sometimes racing the engine seems to help. Do this a cdouple of times and sometimes works. Then sometimes have to let car idle 7 or 8 minutes. What is controling this and can I fix it?
