93 maxima no cylinder compession

My nieces 93 maxima gxe tensioner failed and the timing belt busted. Replaced belt and still won't start and also I don't have compression in any of the cylinders. I know this is a interference engine so do I need new heads or new motor.

Minimum is a valve job. After you take the heads off, you'll see what is needed: Only new valves and/or head(s) and/or pistons, rods, block... (Used VGE engines, havin maybe 50k miles, will come cheaper from Japan.)
