was wondering what upgrades/installs whatever it may be would be a good investment for better performance for a 93 240 sx manual thanks

umm how many miles on your 240? Maybe you can sell it to me. Ill treat it right.

Well you can do the basic Intake, Exhaust, and Headers...then realize your wasting money and go for a turbo engine.

theres about 114k on it, and yes i was looking at the sr20det stright from japan, with tranny and turbo, for a little over 2 grand which i think is great deal and the motor comes with less than 60 k or somthin. What do you think about this?? Is it trust worthy, also i liv ein NJ and have no clue where to go to make the swap??

id see how well your stock KA is (leakdown, compression, ect...) and maybe do KA-t if everything is a go. I dont think your ready for the task of KA-t on your own, or SR swap by the judging of your questions, but read up and ask questions here and we'll try and help you out. What are you looking for in the car?
