Need help with OBD code 141.

Hello

My check engine light has come on and the code extracted was:
P0141 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

I am unsure of what do to and would appreciate any advice on how to fix this.

Please spelll stuff out for me though,im totally new at this stuff.
