exhaust bolt springs
is there a special tool for them or does it just have to be a pain in the ass?
like those bolts that connect the exhaust pipes together with the springs on them.

Re: exhaust bolt springs
myne must be extra tuff then, theyre just as hard to compress as a valve spring, and i cant put the nut on unless i compress the spring enough for the bolt to go through the hole

Re: exhaust bolt springs
Two pair vise grips, one on each side to compress the pipes, then socket and box end on the bolts. Works for me.
