1990 Camry Steering
I keep on having 'dead' spots in my steering... almost like the power steering gives out at every quarter turn... and it will stick in the turned position unless I correct the steer. Any ideas as to what the problem might be?

Check the level of PS fluid in the reservoir. Also check the tightness of the belt driving the PS pump.
