does anyone know where I can find a V8 for my 2000 sunfire coupe, or what size will fit

It's going to cost you so much and need so much work, and it would be faster in both respects to get the 4-cylinder built up.

With my car, I'm going Stroked and Supercharged, in the end I should be making close to 500HP or so at the crank. that puts me in the Z06 acceleration catagory, as long as I get traction still.

It would cost you more to make all the subframing and supports than it will for me to make horsepower.

so far the biggest motor that I have found in a J-body would be a 3800SC, and that was a MAJOR project in of itself.

If you have a GT (2.4) you can make decent power for cheap. The 2200, a 3x00 will bolt right to the tranny, you just have to make mounts.
