Um, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say, you'll lose.

But, then again thats not a very long limb...

He's got about 140HP at about 2700lbs. Thats just a bit better then a 20:1 weight to power ratio.

Your CRX what, 105HP at like 2200lbs. Thats just a bit worse then a 20:1 weight to power ratio.

Plus, your FWD where as he's Mid-Engine, RWD. This is possibly one of the best setups for dragging there is.

Never know, it might be kinda close depending a little something thats much more important then who has the more powerful car, who's the better driver.

Give him a run, either way it should be good for a few laughs.

He might weigh more, but he has 25 more hp and 40 lbs more of torque. with that and the way the car is setup Mid engine/ Rear Wheel drive should give him the edge on you. but if it was me i'd still race em cause ya never know

this stuff people have een saying means nothing......its how you drive your car....if you can race you can probably beat him....so far in my 4th gen Si I have raced and beaten a 95 Civic SI with lots of mods, a 2001 Prelude that was stock with the h22....a 96 Prelude with intake exhaust and the h22.....and other cars.....and a 91 MR2 N/A........the MR2 had a kit wing and 17's now I had 14" steelies and was driving hard.....now my car has an intake, header, exhaust, port and polish....but it is still fast......these guys are shifting at 5 grand or so while im shifting at 7500.

I have run this matchup. In highschool two friends had the same cars. One had a 91 crx SI with way more mods than you have, and the other had a 91 MR2 that was NA. The MR2 had NOTHING done to it besides a K&N filter and repeatedly smoked the CRX on the way to and on the way home from school everyday. Closest I ever saw was when the MR2 didnt hookup until 2nd gear and the rex almost had him until the MR2 hit 3rd and it was all over. You cant mess with RWD and Torque. Based on this I can only conclude one thing, youll probably get smoked. But if you want to run for fun why not, you may suprise yourself.

Angry ???????

Is the MR2 turbo?
that should be u're first clue not to mess with it.. cuz u're jus settin u're self up for more torement if he wins... MR2's are pretty quick and very light.. do not under-estimate them.
