wont start
ok here is my situation and im lookin to you guys for help. ok i have a civic dx with a zc in it and it wont start. the ecu is giving me a code 13. i was told to just remove the hazard fuse to restart my ecu. but i wanted to know if code 13 would effect it starting. i have tried rolling it down a hill and droping it into gear but it just dies down. instead of idling like it should. i checked the battery. and i tried to test a starter with out it on the engine just wired it up to see if it would turn. but if you can help i will love you. i need to get this thing started. thanks. and please no bull crap remarks. please
