Hi all! I need your help! I need to know if there is a web site or parts store where I can find the timing tensioner and hyd. push rod assy. I am going to replace the timing belt and from reading different threads here I see it is wise to replace the tensioner as well as the hyd. push rod assy. Should I replace the idler tensioner as well? Also, is there a way to check both tensioners and the hyd. push rod assy? Thanks for your help!!

A search for 'isuzu 3.2' on eBay offers up some deals on OEM and a/m timing belts and tensioner parts. The pusher is a spring loaded barrel type. You will want to replace the water pump while you are in there as well.
