No dash/tail lights

I have a 2002 Alero.
Dashlights and Tail lights are not working. Service vehicle light is on. Both dash and tail lights have worked briefly after not working.
It is not a fuse.

Anyone have similar problem or know what might be the problem?

Check are any wire crimping in the rear lights.

Are you referring to where the wires come into the actual taillight assembly and/or would you peel back the wire cover and trace back?
