Muffler question on a 98 Duratec
I am curious, as to the concensus of the Duratec Owners, which muffler sounds and performs better.
the FlowMaster Series 40 or the FlowMaster Series 40 Delta plus, which is better, keeping the 2.0in inlet to mesh with the stock, or upping it to 2.4in. thanks.

Re: Muffler question on a 98 Duratec
i would personally go with the delta 40 for a newer car it would out perform the others and sound perfect on a 98 anything. as for the pipe size, i would suggest going with the bigger, the bigger the pipe the easier the exaust can filter out and the more hp you will get

Re: Muffler question on a 98 Duratec
I don't think chambered mufflers sound good on any V6. I recommend Flowtech or Dynomax.
