95 grand voyager driving problems...
I have a 95 Plymouth grand voyager, 3.3l auto trans with 100k+ miles. I use this car everyday to drive to work. The problem I am having is that if the weather is cold/wet the car would act like it is not getting any power. It usually happens if i start the car and start driving right away, 1-2 minutes after this, it would sputter and not get any engine power. I try to floor it, and all i would get is a loud 'knock' from the front left side. If i let the car warm up for 5-10 minutes it would not have this problem. Do any of you have any idea what could cause this?

Could be running too lean, water in the gas, mosture in the ignition system? Try something simple first, go down to NAPA/CarQuest and pickup a can of SeaFoam($6) and follow the directions on the can. It's good stuff. www.seafoamsales.com |
