air filter ques?

hi i was jus wondering will i be able 2 gain a few more power from a 7 inch air filter from www.intenseperformance.com ...i am planning 2 buy the 7 inch powerstack filter with a 4.5 flange size...and if its worth the $43...rite now i have the injen filter so i think thats rite about 5inch filter...thanks...
