h e l p! - 97 door trim removal

I'm going downhill fast on this repair - any help would be appriciated. I'm trying to replace the power window regulator on my 97 Grand Caravan - but I can't get the door trim off. It's completely loose except at some point right above the inside door handle. (I already removed the little screw hidden behind the plastic cover near there). Does the plastic cover around the door handle come off first? Does the inside handle stay attached to the trim?

Door handle needs to be taken off because there is a screw behind it.
