Unhappy Codes P0121 and P0203

Driving down the freeway I suddenly lost power & check engine light came on. Autozone code checker showed these codes: P0121,P0203,P0204, P0208. I think the first one is the throttle position sensor. The other ones appear to be fuel injectors for the misfiring cylinders. Would the TPS going out affect the injectors like that? Can I drive it this way until I can get parts? It runs but has little power. Oil and temp are all fine. Thanks

Re: Codes P0121 and P0203

Replacing your TPS should fix the fuel injection malfuntion. Replace it first, have the computer reset and see how it goes from there. The TPS controls the fuel flow, so that would explain your other codes setting in.

Re: Codes P0121 and P0203

Hey, I Dont Know If This Helps, But When I Had The Tps Go Bad On Mine, The Engine Light Came On Couple Of Times And I Lost Some Power, More Noticeable While In The Highway. Once I Changed It, It Was All Set.

Cool Re: Codes P0121 and P0203

Just wanted everyone to know: I replaced the TPS sensor and reset the check engine light. All is well. The TPS will tell the injectors to misfire if it's bad and it was. $35 at the Zone. Patarusky
