Re: megan exhaust

I had a megan n1 muffler on my 240z when I had the SR. It sounded pretty nice, wasn't 'ricey' at all. Had kinda a deeper growl to it I guess.

I liked it... but that's me.

check your post history, you've only ever started 2 threads in the maxima section, and only one of them went unanswered. sooooorrrrrry. we try, but we don't have all the answers all the time, i could make up some B.S for ya next time if you'd prefer.

that being said, i ain't got shit to tell ya about a megan.

Re: megan exhaust

Megan products are generally regarded as the "ebay special" stuff. Generally crap, but since Redneck had one, I guess they're ok. (Actually not rly, they're crap, sorry Matty. )

Haha, it's okay. I got mine for $75 from my friend. He got me a hookup. All I needed was the muffler, I had custom 3" piping done from the turbo back.

Re: megan exhaust

Too bad you drive a car. I love my gibson more and more every day.

Its no doubt that some unknown companies can make good sounding exaust but they are more like geuss and check. If you want truely good sounding and you want to know it will sound good you have to go with known comapnies or find an exaust shop that knows WTF they are doing.

Or just bite the bullet and get Borla.
