Windshield washer adjustment

Got a simple question here. My '89 T/A has the windshield sprayers mounted on the wiper arms and they don't look adjustable. I'd like to adjust the spray angle because they don't spray high enough on the window. Is there some way to do this that I'm not seeing? Thanks.

Most of the sprayers I've looked at can be adjusted by sticking a pin or wire into them and pulling the nozzle in the desired direction.
