It has to do with the front crash sensor.

a short to ground on circuit 617 (PK/OG) or 618 (VT/LG).
a faulted or inoperative front impact sensor.
a faulted RCM.

damaged wiring on circuit 617 (PK/OG) or 618 (VT/LG).
a front impact sensor internal fault.
incorrect mounting of the front impact sensor.
a faulted RCM.

Each test is about 5 or 6 pages long and involves testing all the wiring with a volt ohm meter.
