Tail, Instrument Electrical Problem, HELP!!

1991 Celica
All of a sudden, the Tail, Instrument panel, Glovebox and cig lights stopped working. There's a short blowing the 15A fuse, but I'll be damned if I can locate it. I've unplugged every relay and plug under the dash, removed the instrument panel, disconnected the Dimmer switch, brake switch, and tail light assemblies trying to isolate the problem. I've also gone through and manipulated all the wiring harnesses under the dash with a DMM connected without success.

The thing that sucks is that I was installing a satellite recvr for my sister when this happened so whether or not it's related to my install, I'm on the line for it now. For power, I'm using the digital clock power supply (this rcvr has a very low power requirement). The installation involved removing the top vent, stereo, and glovebox for access. I've checked the glovebox wiring for pinched wires, everything looks good.

Any suggestions??
