Unhappy 02 1.8T Check Engine CODE 0133

Hi, I am new to the forum. I am having an annoying problem with my vw. I am getting a check engine code 0133: 0xygen circuit slow response (Bank 1-Center 1). I have a cold air intake, a newly replaces MAF, and it has been chipped. Both Oxygen sensors have been replaced twice. What could be the problem. I need to get a sticker ASAP....but I can't because of this. The car has approx.: 54k miles if that helps. Any suggetsions would greatly be appreciated. I love my car and I want to keep it for as long as I can.
