99 Galant engine kickback

I recently had my '99 Galant timing belt changed, 95K miles. After this, when I drive the car at interstate speeds with the cruise on, whenever I am going down a hill, or somewhat coasting, the engine has a very noticeable kickback. I have taken the car back to the shop that did the timing belt, and they have checked the car on the computer, but can't find anything wrong with it.

Anyone have suggestions for what I should have checked?

please check your fuel pump or throtlle body....this two problem is usually happen to galant
