P0452

I tried to get my truck inspected and this code came on. Could anyone tell me where the P0452 - Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor Circuit Low Voltage is located. I put a new fuel pump in it in the summer of 05. We check the fittings on the tank again. Where is this part?

Was the lite on before or during inspection, or is this a history code, sensor is on top of tank.
