Need Help

over the summer i bought a 1979 chrysler New yorker 5th ave. ed. i let a friend borrow it and the exhaust rusted off from the engine while he was driving it. i dont have much money and the car is due for inspection so i need help finding parts for it really cheap. Can anybody HELP????

your going to have to buy a new muffler, or else it wont pass inspection too easily.

any website i can get parts cheap or would it be better just to sell it (which i really don't want to do) i have about $500 and i' ll do all work myself

Usually you can type in the type of car you have and it will pop up with mufflers and or exhaust systems that will work with the car.
