89 s10 front driver wheel sits crooked

ok there seem to be two major things wrong with the 1989 s10 4.3 front drivers side wheel i have done as much inspection as i could do with the little skills i have and i will try to put in as much detail as i can

The part of the tire that touches the ground sits out and the top near the fender sits in or sits ok i guess giving it a slanted or crooked look. the top ball joint seems to have space between it and the a frame but the bottom ball joint looks like it is smashed. I had first thought that the slanted wheel was caused by a bad cv axle becuase i noticed the boot nearest the tire had came off. i replaced the axle but wheel was still stanted but not as bad. i took it for a test drive just around the corner and the next day i noticed the boot had came off again and there was hardly no space between the bottom A frame and cv boot what could i do to fix the space between the cv boot and A frame? and what is causing the slanted tire? could this be a bad ball joint or bent a frame?

My guess is ball joints. It would take a lot to bend the frame up there. If you look at the frame you'll see that it's boxxed at the front making it as strong as possible.

You'll need a wheel alignment anyways so you may as well let them look at it.

More than likely ball joints, but might be a bad bushing in the upper control arm.

Jack the wheel up from the bottom of the lower arm. Then try to move the tire. Look for play in the ball joints and upper arm.
