O/T: Scammer arrested
Back in the summer of '03 I bought a used valentine 1 outside of eBay. Sent $250...never got anything. After awhile he stopped answering his phone because i think he was running out of excuses. So I went online to i think it was the FBI's, or USDOJ's website, filed a complaint and thought I'd probably never hear anything about it.
Well today I received an email from the US Department of Justice notifying me that he was arrested and pled guilty to consumer fraud for this incident. The sentencing is March 31. I hope I get my money back!! Just posting this because it seems we see scammers everywhere and finally one goes down!

 Build on hold until I get a good paying job, either in school or once I get out. At that time a full tear down and complete rebuild should be in order. The Purple People Eater will ride again... January 2011 can't come soon enough.

It took them over 2 years, but I totally forgot about reporting it. It made my day.
I hope he does some time. I picture him carrying around one of those seat pillows cause he can't sit down.
