IRS or SRS?????? Please help..............
Hey, I was curious as to whether the 95 and up Montero have an Independent rear axle or is it a solid rear axle............I know there are diff models, but if anyone can specify whether it is the sport, or 4WD or none....... any help will be greatly appreciated, Thank You.

Solid Axle. In fact SR models come with a Locking rear diff.
In the US, 2001's are the first with IFS/IRS.
