Interior Lighting Info, Please Help!

Hey all! I haven't had much experience in cars, so I thought I'd hop here and see if someone can help me.

I have a friend that just got a 2005 Camry SE. She made a comment about wanting different color lights on her dashboard (i think they are orange now and she wants blue). I know taking the dash off is a total pain in the @$$, but does anyone know what I need to buy to make them blue? Is it just a bulb or is it colored film that projects the color? I have no clue and would rather know what to do before taking the thing apart. Also, does anyone have a link or contact or some kind of direction as to where I can buy the product? Thanks!
