It says connects to the OEM hose connection, but can you make a flange for it on an aluminium pipe? Just a little confused....lol

the way it works is its just a pipe. to hook on to a hose.

it would be easy enough to weld it to the pipe or make a flange though

I've seen a few pics of it where the nipple on the top has hose going to somewhere, is that recirculation?

The nipple is for the vacuum line... the one to maniold pressure... the one that goes to the diaphram that controls the valve.
