Car won't turn over
My 96 Buick Regal will occasionally fail to turn over when attempting to start it. I have plenty of juice in the battery, however when I turn the ignition there is nothing. I can fiddle with the wires under the dash for a while and eventually it will turn over again. It apparently is in the ignition switch area but I cannot figure out what part to replace.
Has anyone else had this kind of a problem with their Buick before? If so how was it addressed? Thank you Steve
