93 Marquis Starting Trouble

I haven't run the car in about a month and recently replaced was the starter and battery.

So when I go to put the key in (This is after slow charging the battery at my local Napa) the car just blinks all the inside lights off and on very dimly and clicks repeadetly right near the glove compartment. When I go to start the car it of course doesn't turn over. Any help would be appreciated.

have you battery load tested, it sounds like it's bad
