A/C

I had much the same problem with my 94 SL2. I found out that the radiator fan was not working - check to see if it kicks on when the A/C is on. These cars don't overheat unless you're stuck in heavy traffic without the radiator fan. I got a replacement motor from Autozone for $21 and it took about an hour to replace. Hope this helps.

If that doesn't work I believe some autopart stores will sell coolant refill kits. Otherwise it could be up to $100 through the dealer.
