97 Bravada intermittent transmission problems
The other day my Bravada started having transmission troubles. You would be driving down the road, and all the sudden the spedometer goes down to 0, and the transmission shifts down into 2nd gear, I think it goes into limp mode? Usually it would kick right back in, but now this last time it would only move about 100 feet and then it would do it again. It almost seemed like a loose connection someplace? I pulled out the connection to the sensor on the side of transmission/transfer case on the drivers side, and the connection had oil in it?
Is this sensor causing my problems? Whats the name of that sensor, and can I get it at autozone, etc.? Thanks Dave |

Re: 97 Bravada intermittent transmission problems
Have your car scanned at Autozone.
Some codes that might appear are: P0502- Vehicle Speed SEnsor Circuit Low Input P0560- System Voltage Malfunction We'll check your codes in the book and see what to do. |
