aftermarket??
hey all, when they say u can you can buy cheap aftermarket stuff what does that mean?? are the parts still good or what??

If you decide to buy aftermarket products make sure they have a good warranty.
And if your car is still under a factory or extd warranty, be careful. Because if you modify the engine or exhaust, and the aftermarket product causes problems, the factory or extd warranty co. will walk away from it. They will not give you a dime. |

aftermarket stuff is parts that are made for replacement or performance.. not by the dealer.. for instance.. honda make the civic.. and you can buy performance parts from a million companies.. jun, comptech, skunk 2, and so on.. these are all new parts and so on but the term aftermarket just means they are parts you use after actually buying the car .. parts not from the dealer..
