The govener you can get past on teh stock ECU by cutting your speed signal wire running to the ECU and by unplugging your 4th and 5th gear RPM sender plugs.

I have now gotten around the governer because I have a tuned ECU from http://www.rs-enthalpy.com

ey so im kinda a noob at umm boost and stuff, so can u only go really fast after about 40 mph? can u not go very fast from 0-40 cuz of turbo lag or somethin (ya like i said im a noob so ya sorry) or are u just not pushing it until past 40?

First, he has 205s on the back so no traction, and second, boost comes on at a certain RPM, not a certain speed.
