Spring rate

yes i am putting new coil overs and struts on my 1990 mustang, also going to be putting a 393 in the car. I need to know what spring rate and strut rate i should get, its going to see the track every weekend, not going to be driving it on the street to much but if i wanted to i want to be able to. thanks.

help please dont need spring rate realy bad but do need strut rate realy bad thank you.
