fuel pump relay going click crazy

I have recently had problems with my 95 sunfir 2.2 running rough and stalling and using tons of fuel. Changed the o2 sensor, cleaned the throttle body, checked the plugs, they were powdery black and changed the fuel pump relay. The car wont start now . The relay clicks like crazy with the key on and engine not running. Could it be the fuel pressure regulator? Cant get it to run to check pressure. Checked codes and came up with quad driver module (qdm) fault and rich exhaust. Please help !

update : got the car to run, even idle but it still backfires and sputters sometimes when you put it under load. The fuel pump still cycles on and off with the key on and car not running. Shouldn't the fuel pressure stay up if the car is not running?

I am having same problem, my relay is buzzing on and off with the fuel pump and it won't start, just turns over I just unplugged all of the wire harnesses to the key cylinder and plugged them back in and swapped relays witht he air conditioning one beside it, left the battery unplugged for half an hour while I did all of this and then when I went to start it the security light flashed and it stalled so I turned the key off and went inside for a beer and something to eat to calm my nerves, I then went out to start it and everthing was fine! That was yesterday, it was fine today also. Weird I am sure the problem will come back to haunt me. Is there a connector that could be lose or bumped lose when working on the car that would have caused all of this I dunno but if you resolve your problem please let me know what you did!!!
