blazer power seat

hi guys i am new to the forum. i have a 96 blazer that the drivers power seat won't work. if it has a relay where is it? fuse is okay. thanks

SYMPTOM TESTS
POWER SEAT INOPERATIVE
1) Perform POWER SEAT SYSTEM CHECK under TROUBLE SHOOTING. Go
to next step.
2) Access power seat switch connector C317 at rear of
driver’s seat. Using DVOM connected to ground, backprobe checking for
voltage at power seat switch connector C317 terminal "C" (Orange
wire). See WIRING DIAGRAMS. See Fig. 1. If voltage is indicated, go to
next step. If voltage is not indicated, go to step 11).
3) Operate power seat adjuster switch with DVOM connected. If
voltage is indicated, go to next step. If voltage is not indicated, go
to step 14).
4) Using DVOM, backprobe checking for voltage at power seat
switch connector C317 between terminals "B" (Black wire) and "C"
(Orange wire). If voltage is indicated, go to next step. If voltage is
not indicated, go to step 17).
5) Operate power seat adjuster switch with DVOM connected. If
voltage is indicated, go to next step. If voltage is not indicated, go
to step 17).
6) Access driver’s power seat adjuster switch. Using DVOM
connected to ground, backprobe checking for voltage at power seat
switch connector Orange wire terminal. If voltage is indicated, go to
next step. If voltage is not indicated, go to step 18).
7) Operate power seat adjuster switch with DVOM connected. If
voltage is indicated, go to next step. If voltage is not indicated, go
to step 19).
8) Using DVOM, backprobe checking for voltage at power seat
switch connector between Black wire and Orange wire terminals. If
voltage is indicated, go to next step. If voltage is not indicated, go
to step 20).
9) Operate power seat adjuster switch with DVOM connected. If
voltage is indicated, go to next step. If voltage is not indicated, go
to step 19).
10) Replace power seat adjuster switch. See POWER SEAT
ADJUSTER SWITCH under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. After repairs, go toPOWER SEAT SYSTEM CHECK under TROUBLE SHOOTING.
11) Using DVOM connected to ground, backprobe checking for
voltage at body relay block connector terminal B1 (Orange wire). If
voltage is indicated, go to next step. If voltage is not indicated, go
to step 13).
12) Repair open in Orange wire between body relay block and
power seat adjuster switch. After repairs, go to POWER SEAT SYSTEM
CHECK under TROUBLE SHOOTING.
13) Repair open in body relay block or bad PWR SEATS circuit
breaker (20-amp). After repairs, go to POWER SEAT SYSTEM CHECK under
TROUBLE SHOOTING.
14) If power seat circuit breaker clicked when seat adjuster
switch was operated, go to step 22). If power seat circuit breaker did
not click when seat adjuster switch was operated, go to next step.
15) Repair high resistance in Orange wire between seat
adjuster switch and body relay block. After repairs, go to POWER SEAT
SYSTEM CHECK under TROUBLE SHOOTING.
16) Repair open in Black wire between seat adjuster switch
and ground. After repairs, go to POWER SEAT SYSTEM CHECK under TROUBLE
SHOOTING.
17) Repair high resistance in Black wire between seat
adjuster switch and ground. After repairs, go to POWER SEAT SYSTEM
CHECK under TROUBLE SHOOTING.
18) Repair open in Orange wire between seat adjuster switch
and in-line connector C315. Connector C315 is located under
passenger’s seat. After repairs, go to POWER SEAT SYSTEM CHECK under
TROUBLE SHOOTING.
19) Repair high resistance in Orange wire between seat
adjuster switch and in-line connector C315. After repairs, go to POWER
SEAT SYSTEM CHECK under TROUBLE SHOOTING.
20) Repair open in Black wire between seat adjuster switch
and in-line connector C315. Connector C315 is located under
passenger’s seat. After repairs, go to POWER SEAT SYSTEM CHECK under
TROUBLE SHOOTING.
21) Repair high resistance in Black wire between seat
adjuster switch and in-line connector C315. Connector C315 is located
under passenger’s seat. After repairs, go to POWER SEAT SYSTEM CHECK
under TROUBLE SHOOTING.
22) Locate and repair source of overload in system. After
repairs, go to POWER SEAT SYSTEM CHECK under TROUBLE SHOOTING. I try to find the location of the breaker and let you know where it is.
